When using Shoroc IPTV, you agree to the following strict terms of use:
a) Device Limitations
Unless you have specifically purchased a multi-connection subscription plan, your account is licensed for use on one device at a time only. Simultaneous streaming on multiple devices is strictly prohibited. Our automated security systems actively monitor for credential sharing. Any detected violation will lead to immediate and permanent account suspension without eligibility for a refund.
b) No Unauthorized Distribution

c) VPN Usage
The use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) is permitted for legitimate purposes, including personal privacy protection and circumventing ISP throttling. However, if VPN usage interferes with our automated anti-fraud or anti-sharing detection systems, Shoroc IPTV reserves the right to suspend the account pending investigation.
a) Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. Shoroc IPTV does not store, retain, or have access to your full credit card or banking details.
b) Renewal Terms
Subscription plans are non-recurring by default. Your service will not auto-renew unless explicitly selected during checkout. To maintain uninterrupted access, you must manually purchase a new subscription before your current plan expires.
c) Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our services and the availability of a comprehensive 24-hour free trial for evaluation purposes, Shoroc IPTV operates under a strict no-refund policy once a subscription has been activated and credentials delivered.
Exceptions or partial refunds may only be considered at our sole discretion in the event of verified, extended server-side outages that render the service unusable for a significant portion of your subscription period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shoroc IPTV and its operators shall not be held liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.
Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or personal content.
Service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to ISP failures, government-imposed internet restrictions, or force majeure events.
In any circumstance, our maximum aggregate liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of your current active subscription period.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to resolution through good-faith negotiation. Where litigation is necessary, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which Shoroc IPTV operates.
